The University of Oxford has been honoured by many visits from Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II over her 70-year reign. ⬇ Slide 2: Her Majesty The Queen made her first visit to Magdalen College back in 1948 when, as Princess Elizabeth, she came to collect a Degree by Diploma from the University of Oxford.
