Function meets form. Excited to share a bit more from the @that90splace project - I hope others identify with I learned about myself as an artist. It’s just so often we are asked to deem ourselves a photographer, or a designer, or a painter, or a curator, but once you have done a little bit of everything sometimes you feel less pressure to perform and more space to wander. To wonder. To play. This project gave me a break from some of my other mediums just to bring it right back. Detail. Color. Light. Feeling. And on a personal level, this project gave me a creative partnership that elevates anything I could do alone. @meganbatoon, the last photo captures us perfectly, you utterly delighted at the design, and me already figuring out how we will do it.
