With all of life’s stresses, I really am grateful @ryrongracie fell in love with the @coldplunge 🥶 The ability to manage an injury at home with hot and cold therapy has been a gift, especially with kids! And this was the first place I went when I felt my lymph nodes swelling last week, conquered that cold. And with the stress of trying to find my mother some permanent and trusted support on her journey with Alzheimer’s, I’ve been really filled to my own personal brim.
