Fall Reset: I love this time of year, it’s my birthday month (YAY) and I enjoy taking time to re-organize my home. I love my place in LA, the house has simple design and high ceilings which is everything. The wood design elements align with my desire to keep it simple. This weekend, I cleaned out my cabinets and took time to set some goals for this next quarter. I am also resetting in my eating and drinking for a bit. I’ve had a lot of fun the past few weeks and I believe that you know what balance means for your body — I need a detox!
