Chicken meatballs in tomato sauce with zucchini noodles 🍝 Recipe for the meatballs: 1/2 cup of Parmesan, handful of fresh parsley, pinch of salt, black pepper and 2 tbsp garlic powder. Bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes until browned on top. For the zucchini: season with adobo or salt, garlic powder just sprinkle a bit on top, 2 tbsp olive oil. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. For the sauce: 1 tbsp of olive oil, 3 garlic cloves- cook until they smell fragrant and then add cento tomato sauce, parmesan rind and the meatballs, cook on low to medium heat until the sauce looks thick, about 20-30 minutes.
