Reposting @hollybass360, a fascinating and unpredictable DC artist/choreographer/activist who has a 7 hour(!) “durational” performance this weekend at Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery. The performance is free and I assume viewers are encouraged to come through and experience the work on their own terms/time. You could stay for an hour or even just 15 minutes, I suppose. Or you could experience the whole day! Your choice. Holly is mysterious and willful and she makes consistently interesting choices.
