YOUR NEW 12X3 BOXING MENU —————— So that you guys all get the most out of your time spent at the club we have separated out our classes to be more focused and bespoke. So take a look and map out your week with next weeks schedule. Here are the class descriptions. STRENGTH WORK Skill level ⭐️⭐️ Intensity ⭐️⭐️⭐️ A session mixed between your typical boxing training and boxing conditioning involving some medium to light weights & equipment. Expect to get a good sweat on as well as a muscle pump. A physically tough session less focused on technique. BAG WORK Skill level ⭐️⭐️ Intensity ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Using the bag Learn to move your feet correctly in and out of range, practice long and short range attacking and defending and start to think about the bag as an opponent. This class will not be limited to the bag but be sure to use it within your main workout. Expect to work physically hard as well as improve your skills. THE SWEET SCIENCE Skill level ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Intensity ⭐️⭐️⭐️ You’ll be working on some of the finer details of pugilism, honing your skills with partner work and drills that will engrain in you the fundamentals of boxing. The Art, The Discipline, The Mindset. Expect to improve your all-around technical ability and work hard of course. RINGCRAFT Skill level ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Intensity ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Starting to get yourself into the zone of throwing punches at a moving target, as well as dealing with shots coming back at you. This is not an open sparring session (full contact) but will prepare you for it. We teach to hit and not get hit but bring your gum-shield just in case. Expect technical work with a partner that will start to push you out of your comfort zone. ***Open only to members and class packs*** OPEN SPARRING Skill level ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Intensity ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A session in the ring where you will be going against fellow 12x3 members in a chance to hit and not get hit. We normally warm you up with some technical sparring and move towards open sparring (practicing at your own accord under the watchful eye of a coach) Remember - no gum shield, no sparring. ***Open only Members and Class Packs***
