That sweet and salty combo is 👌 Ingredients 1 bag Miss Jones Everyday Delicious Monster Cookie Mix 1/2 cup peanut butter 3 tablespoons softened butter 1 egg 1/2 cup chocolate chunks handful of each: chex mix cereal, mini pretzels, crumbled kettle chips Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Beat peanut butter and butter with a hand blender in a large bowl. Add in egg and continue to beat until fully combined. Mix in the monster cookie mix with a frosting spatula until a dough forms. Carefully fold in the chocolate chunks, chex mix, pretzels and crumbled chips. Spread dough into a greased 8 inch cast iron skillet. Bake for 20-25 minutes then allow to cool for 15 minutes before serving. For a ‘gooey-er’ skillet cookie, bake for 20 minutes. For a crispier top, bake longer.
