Many of you are wondering what @morningmindsetwithtai The Hike & Experience is like? It’s like the biggest hug from God, Nature, Sisterhood, and self that will have you levitating! Last Saturday 50 women convened to hike and be transformed at #runyoncanyon ages 18-64. By the end we were a tribe of 60 as we picked up beautiful spirits along the way! And even when some thought they couldn’t make it, the sisterhood and community stood with, cheering, hugging and loving each of to greater.
