Sharing this video honestly makes me a bit emotional because I can’t believe how far I have come in 4 months. It all started out with a promise/goal/commitment... whatever you want to call it. I wanted to get in the best shape of my life, feel strong and feel GOOD both physically and mentally.
It always starts with a big goal, then it’s time to break down that goal into smaller goals that are achievable on a daily basis. So here’s my breakdown - My workout routine looks like this:
2x with trainer (1 hour sessions) thank you @_yohan_34 for changing my life!!
3-4x 20-25 min running (I use @onepeloton and love @robinnyc, she fully changed my mindset around running).
On average, I workout 5-6x a week.
Along with exercise, the other important factor is your food intake. I do not diet as it’s not something that I know I can do long term plus I love food too much lol. So I do my best to eat clean (smoothie for breakfast, salad for lunch, healthy snacks during the day and Indian food for dinner is my go to!).
This is what has worked for me. This is what I can see myself doing long term. This is what makes me feel good and gave me amazing results.
I hope even one person out there reading and watching this video will find it useful. My daughter is now almost 19 months (where did the time go😭) and it took me this long to get here. Don’t rush to get back into shape after baby. Take your time, find exercises you enjoy and be consistent!! If I can do it, anyone can!!!
