💪🏼🧠 Step one of Growth Mindset... the power of YET! 🖍 I asked my class to draw something they couldn’t do 💬 while we talked about how tough it is to be little in size and age and how frustrating it can get to need help with so much! 📕 Then I read The Magical Yet by @angeladiterlizzi (If you don’t have it, you need it!) and my students OOHHED and AAHHED over the Yet! 🪄 We made our own Yets with a little magic (glitter) & added them to our original pictures ✨ and our conversations “Magically” turned from what we can’t do to what we can’t do YET!
