This was one of the more difficult things I’ve made 🥵 I recorded the process, but cooking this took so much out of me, I gave up recording the rest. 😂 Stirring the roux alone took me whisking for about an hour straight. The taste was worth the experience!! #gumbo #lousianagumbo #cooking
