Life is pretty crazy and amazing. 4 years ago I smoked over a pack a day and 3 years ago I couldn’t even swim. Yesterday I arrived in Nice, France and will be racing in Ironman World Championships on Sunday. My whole family will be coming to cheer me on. So thankful for this life and opportunity’s given to do big and great things with it. Choose health...choose happiness and love when ever possible!
