Thank you to the Queens and Bronx Building Association for celebrating the efforts of architects and agencies that have contributed to the Bronx’s ongoing renaissance. We were pleased to award the Bronx Borough President Award to 425 Grand Concourse! This project is going to help a lot of residents and will push us forward in our fight for more housing in the Bronx and New York City as a whole. The 26-story building boasts 227 units of affordable housing, a fitness room, community spaces, rooftop decks and much more! Thank you to Trinity Financial and MBD Community Housing Corporation, Dattner Architects, Monadnock Construction and my predecessor, Ruben Diaz Jr. for recognizing the importance of this project and affordable housing.
