This back to school drive exceeded my expectations. Overwhelming amount of success. Hundreds of young people received a signed copy of Ashanti’s new book “My Name Is A Story” and also received a book bag. Both were FREE. My favorite thing about this was obviously the excitement on the young kids faces, but a close second is the fact that so many of Atlantic City’s own benefited from this day. You had a local author (@ls4_frank ) and local businesswoman both have access and exposure to over 7million followers to promote their business, as well as many young woman who are filled with personality. Ashanti & the book’s illustrator even shared a reel that one stared in!!! All in all I’m really happy. This is a day many won’t ever forget. Including myself. Thank you to the @demcats._ squad, @phantasmtheexperience , and @hiddentalentmedia . You all are appreciated. We have another back to school drive geared toward middle school & high school students in the next couple of weeks. Stay tuned.
