This article was so disturbing and unsettling and something I hope everyone will take the time to read and share. Women are at the backbone of every family, every economy, the givers of life and the scaffolding of the world and yet, we are losing them from the work force. “...The Council on Foreign Relations estimates that if women participated in the U.S. labor force at the same rate as men, the economy could grow by $4.3 trillion in five years.” And yet we just keep making it harder and harder for women to work, doing all jobs.
