Organic lamb from @streamfarm - rubbed with pastrami spices and slowly grilled over charcoal. A little sausage and confit belly hiding under a tumble of leaves from the farm, cooked and raw. A paste of preserved walnuts and sheep’s yoghurt too. Simple. Actually not very simple at all. Delicious though! @ciaranbrennan96 @streamfarm @lank0212
