I'm enjoying peach season still with these Mini Air Fried Peach Cobblers!! 🍑🥰 They are so simple and easy to make and are Gluten free, Paleo, and Vegan Friendly!! There is just something about making food in an air fryer that makes then that much better!! If you don't have one you can still make these in your oven 🤗 Full recipe below! Ingredients: • 3-4 medium size peaches • 1 cup almond flour • 1/2 cup plus 1/2 tbsp tapioca flour • 6 tbsp grass fed butter or coconut oil • 3 tsp cinnamon • 1/3 cup coconut sugar • 1/2 cup maple syrup . Directions: 1) Cut your peaches into slices. In a pan on the stove over medium heat, add 1 tbsp butter or coconut oil to the pan along with the peach slices. Sautee them until they start to get tender. 2) Add your maple syrup, 1 tsp cinnamon, and 1/2 tbsp tapioca flour to the pan, and then stir for a couple minutes or until the peach mixture starts to thicken. Set the mixture aside. 3) In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, tapioca flour, 2 tsp cinnamon, and 1/3 cup coconut sugar. Add in the the butter(softened) and incorporate until a crumble consistency forms. 4) In either 4 small ramekin dishes (or a medium side dish of you dont have mini ones), add about half of the crumble mixture evenly among the dishes and press down. 5) Add your sautéed cinnamon peaches evenly into each ramekin. Then add the remaining crumble mixture evenly on top. 6) Bake them at 350 degrees for 10 mins in the air fryer( I love my @ninjakitchen foodie) or 10-15 mins in the oven. They will be done when the crumble turns slightly brown.
