Counting inventory is satisfying + a lil exhausting but more so rewarding just seeing how much you start w/ and how it lowers over time. It’s also great to figure out what’s working in your business and what needs to be modified (price, color, sizing, etc). Honestly I only usually count inventory after a pop up shop bc my site does it for me.
