LA has an abundance of amazing Thai food. You can go almost anywhere and it’s going to be at least good, if not great. Well at @ruenpairla it’s consistently excellent and that’s why it’s one of the most popular Thai restaurants in the city. A top 3 for sure. The papaya salad is a must. I like to order mine SPICY with steamed instead of dry shrimp. The morning glory with crispy pork is another favorite, though I alternate between this and the Chinese broccoli with crispy pork. The stewed pork leg over rice and pork (or beef) jerky are tried and true. And you can go wrong with any of their noodles, though I prefer pad se ew or pad kee mao.
