2 2 . S U R F . I M P A C T . C A M P Surfing is now so popular that Surf Industry does have a serious impact on environmental and social health worldwide. During this camp, touchy topics were addressed straightforward to our crew of attendees : brands, NGOs, media, artists, dealers, filmmakers, athletes... Amongst them : Neoprene’s deadly toxic impact on populations around chemical plants, Fossil fuel addiction and our ambiguous behaviors, Diversity and Inclusion in our sport. Ways to answer these issues started drawing thanks to kind communication, shared concerns for the future, inputs from different point of views, but also thanks to our shared passion for the waves.
