Today marks the start of the LA Better Together Health consortium PSA campaign. I’m honored to have been chosen as a patient story for this event and to have the opportunity to share my journey. Preventative health care has been crucial for my well being both as a competitive and retired athlete. Keeping up with my physical health has allowed me to live my life without limitation.
