I DID IT!!!🛢️⛽️💕 This summer, I had the incredible opportunity to intern with Chevron’s Center of Excellence. As I wrap up my time here, I’m proud to reflect on the project I undertook, which involved developing a new method to more accurately predict rod pump run times. This experience allowed me to hone my skills with tools like Power BI and Excel, while also providing invaluable field exposure. I had the chance to learn about various artificial lift systems, different styles of pumping units, and the intricacies of process flow. Beyond the technical knowledge, I built meaningful connections with Chevron employees and fellow interns from both Midland and Houston. I’m truly grateful for this experience and the growth it has brought me this summer! Not to mention getting to do it all with my Theta sister and mentor @_.underdown._ !!! NOW ON TO SOPHOMORE YEAR!! 💖
