I took a gentle start to 2022 by disappearing into the jungle for a solo mission cleanse week. I booked it the night before and quietly slipped away. I finished the 8 day detox [and fast] 🌱in Costa Rica on the eve of the first full moon of the year 🌕 It was quite a powerful #Reset. Auspicious timing, as I will be in the crux of a 5 day ceremony [and fast] in the jungles of #Mexico 🌴on the eve of the next full moon. Both experiences facilitate purification of mind and body, reflection, realignment, and ritual. In the indigenous Mayan ritual, we will connect to the lunar realms to realign ourselves with nature.
