I used to believe being a chef was about being the best cook. Then I opened a restaurant and I realized how wrong I was. Teaching them about tortillas, discipline, sacrifice and resilience, while they thought me about empathy, passion, accountability, patience and compassion. I do less cooking than ever which has allowed me to do more cooking than ever. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of our restaurant. Forever grateful Forever Thankful.
