the Arnold-free Arnold's 2022 🤙🏽 i got asked this weekend if i ever get tired of people coming and having a chat and asking for a photo, and the answer couldn't be a more resounding no 🤙🏽 first of all, let's get it straight, i am a mere tadpole in this game. and second of all, it's only the second big event i've been to where i've had the humbling pleasure of anyone showing interest in me, so if i was tired of it already my stamina is abysmal 🤙🏽 the first thank you is to @supplement_needs. without these guys I wouldn't even have been at the expo, so to have the opportunity to represent them alongside some of my friends is a blessing and a privilege 🤙🏽 the second thank you, and it's a big one, is to every single person who did come over and show some love, ask a question, ask how i'm doing, or take a moment to have a picture. i find it so strange, so surreal, and pretty warming that anyone wants to take their time to do any of those things on what are pretty hectic weekends. so thank you 🤙🏽❤️ the thing i enjoy most about these events is the donuts and free protein bar samples - @mountainjoes @appliednutrition were 🐐ed. but after the donuts and free samples it's the real conversations i get to have, the one's that get a bit deep, and the ones that i hope leave a lasting impact in the minds of those i share them with. one in particular springs to mind, and i really hope it gave the gentleman some food for thought about what really matters in life: being bigger thanks to anabolic steroids or health, longevity, a lifestyle he loves, and the family he's fortunate enough to have 🤙🏽🙏🏼 🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽
