It has always been one of my favourite things to make to eat and share with people at the end of a meal. Recipe 7-8 Apples- Pink Lady 1/2 Cup Butter 2/3 Cup Sugar 1 Sheet Puff Pastry 1 Egg (for egg wash) Bake at 400F for 25-30 mins or until the pastry is dark brown. Allow to FULLY COOL on the counter. The apples need time to cool and the caramel to settle back into the apples. Then, place the pot on the stove top on low heat just to loosen the apples back up.
