Found the "Joy" in climbing again! I've been in a bad head space with climbing this summer and yesterday reminded me why I loved climbing! Some days, I'd rather just top rope the entire day away and leave the day on a happy note instead of beating myself up because I'm struggling hard on some 9s & 10s. Aaaaand that is okay. Kudos to the people that have an amazing headspace that can push through and presevere. One of the reasons I've been biking more lately.. I am constantly blabbering away about headspace because it's SCARY. Will it ever go away because I am not constantly working at it? Probably not, but I keep on going back!
