Must be the freakin' weekend if we're enjoying a classic Maple Bacon raised donut! This beauty comes from @thegoodsdoughnuts and it's one of my FAVES. That just-right brioche raised donut. That slathering of lick-your-fingers-good maple icing. And that heroic bacon crumble on top. (Pro tip: I will ALWAYS favor a bacon crumble over bacon strips because I want equal and robust bacon bits in EVERY bite. Strips may look good ... but they compromise the equality of that yumminess across the donut.)
