i haven’t blabbed about my mental for a while (weird right) but the way this year was going for me was heartbreaking. this summer, particularly August has healed my heart & soul. if you were there for even 30 seconds of it, i adore you. i truly believe people & experiences help my depression the most. thanks for helping the mean thoughts be a little quieter this summer.
