WORKOUT:
✅ Sumo Squat: 10-12 reps 3 sets
✅ Reverse Lunge: 10-12 reps 3 sets each leg
✅ Goblet Squat: 10-12 reps 3 sets
✅ Split Squat: 10-12 reps 3 sets each leg
✅ Bridge: 10-12 reps 3 sets
All the workouts are home based so you can do it anywhere and it’s progressive each week will challenge you differently
