But not all gyms have a Pendulum squat machine..not to worry I got you covered ✅ 1️⃣Get a foam roller and dumbbells 2️⃣Against the wall place the foam roller at the small of your back 3️⃣ Now squat up and down putting pressure against the roller Now you’ll be able to do pendulum squats without the machine. This movement will also help with squat positioning.
