Sometimes I forget how powerful it is to let yourself be seen in your deepest expression 🔥🔥🔥 Before I perform I always get nervous, I think of all the reasons why I shouldn’t do it I can feel my mind trying to come up with an escape plan... Fears, judgements, expectations swirling around my mind Then I take a deep breath and come back home to my body She reminds me of my power I surrender to the dance The fire activates me I feel empowered, wild, sensual and free The feel the presence of those witnessing me And how good it feels to be fully seen!!!! Feel the fear and do it anyway!!! This is what I live by!!!
