It felt absolutely wonderful to be back at @lebernardinny after being cooped up for a while. Lunch was spectacular on all fronts. - The one and only TUNA, thinly pounded yellowfin tuna, foie gras on a toasted baguette; - TUNA-URCHIN, tuna tartare, sea urchin toast, jus de viande; #unialert FTW - RED SNAPPER, baked snapper, squash blossom, crawfish-corn étouffée, sauce bisque; - EGG, milk chocolate pot de crème, caramel foam, maple syrup, grain of salt; - STRAWBERRY, 🍓 confit, crispy vanilla meringue, yogurt chantilly. Striking simplicity at its best. Bravo and thank you @ericripert @aldosohm @maxime.blaise67 @tomislav671 and teams for creating magic with utmost hospitality. Not to mention the lovely company of @rozetraore. It was #luckyrita in full mode.
