A nibble spread complete with Beet Cannelloni Hummus with pomegranate molasses and sumac, Butter-Dipped Radishes, Hot Pickled Okra, Shrimp Cocktail with a creamy & horseradish loaded cocktail sauce verte.
"Fried Green Tomato" inspired gazpacho - Green Tomato Gazpacho blended with arugula, herbs, cucumbers, green peppers, etc. Served with butter-fried panko & a green tomato relish pickled in my favorite @tartvinegar Perilla Vin.
Seared & Smoked Tuna Steaks with a rendered bacon fat, sherry, brown sugar, shallot vin.
A dilly vinegar-based potato salad with capers & red onion (a friend of mine recently introduced me to @inagarten's potato salad that's similar to this & I haven't been able to stop thinking about it).
Romaine grilled with @wearebrightland Rosemary Olive Oil, fresh peaches, marcona almonds, prosciutto, lavender balsamic, and homegrown basil.
Cornbread with crunchy roasted corn kernels rippled throughout served with candied jalapeño honey butter.
And for dessert... sweet corn ice cream, fresh blueberries, and a blueberry basil soda -- the summeriest of ice cream floats🍨🫐🌿🌽
