The Matterhorn Puff from Edelweiss Snacks in Disneyland $6.79 Magic Key Discounts Available This one has “is filled with Cheesecake, Lemon Curd and Fresh Blueberries, topped with White Chocolate and Snow Sugar.” This one was light and had a nice crackle when you crack the puff shell (it’s the white chocolate cracking not the pastry). Definitely gave off lemon cheesecake vibes with a nice extra smidge of sweetness and balance from the blueberries. Liked it but didn’t love it. 8/10 rating
