I thoroughly enjoyed discovering @mitsunobu.nagae ‘s French delicate creations with a Japanese touch, reflecting his top culinary lineage: @joel.robuchon (both in Tokyo and @latelier_robuchon_nyc) ,as well as @shun_nyc under the tutelage of one of the world’s most talented chefs, @alain_verzeroli. - FOIE GRAS crème brûlée, onion ice cream. Brilliant. - WHITE ASPARAGUS, kumquat compote, crème fraîche. - PEAS, MORELS, maitake, beef cheeks, hazelnut mousse. -SQUAB, roasted, glazed w miso, Bourbon sauce. - WHITE CHOCOLATE, orange blossom, burnt honey ice cream. @lacaravellechampagne Blanc de Blancs and @vinscolombo Les Fées Brunes Croze Hermitage 2018, from our family Friend Jean-Luc Colombo. This was the perfect place to celebrate and cheer our dear Friend @arianedaguin ‘s achievements.
