Happy New Year! We’re feeling heaps of gratitude for the community that has formed around our nascent business. While 2025 was probably our most challenging year yet on personal levels, it was also monumental for us here at Mustard’s. THANK YOU to all of you folks out there who have helped prop us up through devastating fires, pop-up shutdowns, the LA hospitality industry being on life support and all the other run-of-the-mill hardships new businesses face as they come into being. 2026 is going to be massive for us. We have big plans for our Culver City space and for the kind of food and service we want to do here. We can’t wait to share the highs and lows of another big year with you all. On that note, we’re BACK this weekend (Fri-Sun) and we’ve got new things for you. Not only will the winter citrus olive oil cake make its return, and not only will we finally have a new drink on the menu (to launch Saturday!), but we’ll also have a new bagel special: The Pickled Green Tomato Special (pictured) features @valdivia_farms green tomatoes, fried shallots, fennel fronds, @inezoliveoil EVOO and pickled mustard seed with our chimichurri schmear on a salted plain bagel. This one has been in development for a minute and it’s been well worth the wait. See you this weekend?
