I never shared this but it’s time : In my last 12 years of career Many agencies around the world 🌍 rejected to signed me , I am 35 now and I am back mentally and physically confidentially after loosing my mother , overcoming a depression , and sacrificing being away from my country for 15 years to fulfill my dreams. . I work non stop on my own , maximizing my chances to work with amazing brands , Photographers , stylist , make up artist , creative directors , start ups without relying on anyone else . I have suffered discrimination, in Italy a country I dreamed to model when they told me I was too Latino looking in Front of a line of models and they tossed my book and yelled next (...) , in Mexico City when they decried my Spanish accent rudely , in USA when I didn’t speak like an American and some agency bookers chose to not book me when the clientes requested me cuz my sexual orientation wasn’t what they expected , suffered sexual harassment believe or not in the middle of photoshoot or being threaten to be kick out of an agency If I reject to work for underpaid jobs . However I chose to give this people a learning lesson and make a different way to approach life . By meditation and mentorship I forgave them to not be a painful hostage. Therefore I healed it and I came back as a professional and then I decided to hire models from some of the booking agencies under my company I built , contracted them in various jobs . I said hi elegantly at events , restaurant , bars when they pretended to not see me showing that my morals were beyond theirs . I want you to embrace your career and disregard rejections , bring your best and never quit , “Quiters” don’t succeed and being confident isn’t a bad thing is just an element that sometimes causes enviousness but that will take your further that what you can imagine . Be strong 💪
