A TRADITIONAL PALOMA, MADE THE RECUERDO WAY: Recuerdo Paloma Ingredients: • 2 oz Recuerdo Mezcal Joven or Abocado con Gusano • 3 oz Fresh grapefruit juice • 1/4 oz Fresh lime juice • 1/2 oz Simple syrup • 2 oz Club soda • Garnish: Chile piquin rim • Garnish: Grapefruit or lime quarter wheel • Garnish: Cilantro sprig • Garnish: Jalapeño round Steps: 1. Rim half of a rocks glass with chile piquin. 2. Add the mezcal, juices and syrup to a shaker with ice. Shake. 3. Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice. 4. Top up with the club soda. 5.
