The @simonwiesenthalcenter is on the front lines in the struggle for Human Rights Internationally & here in the USA. Truly honored and thankful to serve alongside such an amazing organization and team Rick Eaton, Alison Pure-Slovin (@apures) and Rabbi Cooper + everyone else in the Organization, you all inspire greatness in your actions & deeds ❤️! This week alone, here is a look at the efforts of The Simon Wiesenthal Center Midwest Region: We presented Law Enforcement workshops (Thank you Illinois State Police and Regional LE) for welcoming us and tackling extremism with mission & purpose. Thank you to the Illinois Superintendents Conference for welcoming us to speak with Educators from all over the State, a truly inspiring group of people. Special thanks to The NAACP school & Kitty Collins & Erica Austin for welcoming Acacia Dietz and I to speak with the students, what an honor to meet the young, intelligent and engaging future leaders at the school! Additional meetings with law makers and elected officials took place in Springfield as well. Last week in Chicago was equally productive!
