With her son’s bedroom as the backdrop, Giboulo transports us to the world of childhood. A nightmare unfolds on a table hockey game as kids in pajamas confront a team of demons, including a COVID-19 molecule. On the bed, we encounter a utopic world as described by Giboulo’s son where there is “no war, no discrimination, no viruses, and no deforestation.” On the desk a Blue Origin rocket—built from recycled Amazon packaging—is about to take off.
