A few years ago I went through some stuff that was pretty challenging. Like I was kinda over being here. Completely randomly my daughter pasted this thing she colored over my side of the bed. I took it as a sign that things would be okay. Since then breath has become such a part of the conversation in healing and weathering emotional storms. I release this song "Breathe In" to remind us to focus on breathing through what pains us. Breath is what reminds us how blessed we are to experience life itself with all it's tragedies and triumphs.
