INGREDIENTS For the vanilla foam: 1/8 cup Heavy Whipping Cream 1/2 tsp Vanilla Syrup For the ‘Irish Coffee’: 1.5 oz Lyre’s American Malt 6 oz Black Coffee (Hot) 1 tsp Brown Sugar (optional) Instructions: 1. To make the vanilla foam, combine heavy whipping cream and vanilla syrup and whip lightly. 2. In an Irish coffee mug, add American Malt, coffee, and sugar (if using). Stir. 3.
