St Patrick’s Day Cookies 1 Miss Jones Organic Chocolate Chip Cookie mix 1 stick of butter 1 egg 1/2 C of pistachios Green sprinkles Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie pan with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, add your butter (make sure it’s softened), the cookie mix and egg. Stir together until your cookie dough forms. Then fold in pistachios. In a small bowl, pour some green sprinkles. Roll cookie dough balls and then roll them in the sprinkles until covered in green! Place in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes (we like ours on the gooier side).
