This past Sunday, I graduated 500hrs of Yoga Training▫️◽️◽️ Although I’m not a practicing instructor I’ve gone so far down a rabbit hole of looking inward that I've become my own greatest teacher. Choosing the path of healing my trauma has been my proudest achievement and keeping these tools sharp has become my biggest commitment to myself. I made these images as a visual representation of the growing light inside my heart that I’ve cultivated through years of dedicated Asana practice, SHIP therapy, Neural Reprogramming & Vipassana Meditation.
