Healing is not linear. Today I want to share some messages I sent and diary entries I wrote. You already know that I have been going to therapy for almost one year now and it helped me so much. I feel so good now but it has been an intense year for sure. Please don’t feel discouraged when the healing process is not as easy as you might wish it to be. That is normal.
