God Bless the Child who suffers. Last night I knew I couldn’t just come out and do the usual sexy hair flipping number. My roomie helped me pick this number and I decided I to share about intergenerational trauma and how residential schools affect people to this day. This wasn’t hundreds of years ago. The last one in Canada (which was in Saskatchewan) closed when I was 5 years old. For my number I raised $275 which will go directly to the Indian Residential School Survivor Society.
