So, I really would like to reintroduce myself because it’s been a while since I’ve been vulnerable and open on here. I’m ready to dive back into the deep end and share my story again thanks to some incredible artists I’ve met recently who have re-lit my spark— you know who you are. Self-portrait photography is new to me. @meredithadelaide describes it as presenting oneself how one actually wants to be seen, how one wants to be witnessed, and to heal one’s own self judgement through photographing oneself. I get to decide how vulnerable I want to be with myself both in front of and behind the lens. I’m planting, sowing, manifesting, creating new seeds for this new moon and it’s giving “she’s not the main character, she’s the whole damn production.” More thoughts incoming because I’ve actually had time and space to reflect.
