Progress over perfection, Every drop of sweat, every rep, every meal choice....it all adds up. Staying consistent, pushing past limits, and showing up for myself daily. The journey isn’t easy, but the results omg are starting to show that they are so worth it! So much more work to do. I quit everyday in my head after I leave class cause ain't no way it should take this much pain, but it doessss. I was not feeling good in my body, so it was time to get back focused.
